The Waverley is a 166-unit Class A rental community at the northwest corner of College St. & Spadina Ave. that provides comparable amenities and suite finishes to high-end condominiums. This community also offers a retail space on the ground floor, conveniently located for residents.<\/p>\n
DXS worked with the mechanical consultant, Reinbold, to design the VRV systems that serve critical cooling zones such as electrical rooms, elevator machine rooms, and emergency distribution rooms. DXS also worked with Kirkor (the Architect), Ledcor (the General Contractor), and Ben-Air Systems (the Mechanical Contractor).<\/p>\n
DXS supplied the following equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- 4 Daikin VRV-S systems totaling 20 tons<\/li>\n
- 7 Daikin total VRV indoor units, including 4 ceiling cassette units and 3 wall mounted units<\/li>\n
- 2 Daikin Split Systems for year-round cooling application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
