Sherbourne Estates offers a unique rental living experience in Toronto\u2019s Garden District. The Garden District is home to Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), shopping complexes, dining experiences, and plenty of entertainment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
DXS was involved in the retrofit of the existing HVAC system. Due to the tight retrofit area, Oxygen8 units were perfect for meeting the space requirements. Daikin Heat Recovery VRV systems were utilized to provide heating and cooling. Daikin VRV-S systems were also installed in smaller areas to meet the CSA B52 code for mechanical refrigeration systems.<\/p>\n
