St. Hilda\u2019s Towers is a not-for-profit senior community that provides affordable housing in Toronto’s Eglinton and Dufferin neighborhood. DXS is proud to support the local community by participating in this building revitalization project.<\/p>\n

DXS worked alongside ERA Architects Inc., Reinbold Engineering Group, and Gillam Group Inc. throughout this project. The VRV equipment supplied was required to be space-efficient to accommodate the tight retrofit area while providing exceptional heating performance. The building is more energy-efficient while still providing a comfortable environment for all residents and staff.<\/p>\n

DXS supplied the following equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Daikin Air Cooled VRV Heat Pumps totaling 265 tons<\/li>\n
  • Daikin wall-mounted Indoor Units<\/li>\n
  • Daikin Heat Recovery System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
