The boiler system was near the end of its life, and management required a new central HVAC system. A VRF system was chosen to provide a flexible solution which provided independent heating & cooling to the different program rooms while also aligning with Toronto Green Standards for low-carbon buildings. The system’s compact refrigerant piping network and sleek low-profile cassettes facilitated the seamless integration of a modern HVAC system into the building’s existing infrastructure. To enhance indoor air quality, an Oxygen8 ERV with VRF integration supplied a continuous stream of treated fresh outdoor air throughout the building.<\/p>\n

The DXS team worked with the tight construction deadlines to limit disruptions to the programs offered to the children attending the club.<\/p>\n
