Gray, Maine \u2013 March 5, 2024<\/strong> – HTS New England has entered into an agreement with Brian Briggs of Briggs Equipment Sales to acquire the assets of the 40-year-old company and take over it\u2019s equipment sales role, effective April 1, 2024. HTS enters the Maine market with its affiliated New England companies – Direct Expansion Solutions (DXS) & Control Technologies Inc. (CTI) \u2013 to collectively offer applied HVAC equipment, VRV, Controls, and Service.
