150 River Street Village prioritized the implementation of all-electric, cold climate heat pump systems as the sole source of heating. The selected Daikin VRV and Split System models aligned with this goal, offering reliable performance in low ambient temperatures without the need for backup gas or electric resistance heating. To meet ventilation and energy efficiency requirements, a high-efficiency Swegon ERV was integrated into the system. Together, these selections contribute meaningfully to decarbonization by fully eliminating fossil fuel use in the building\u2019s HVAC operations.<\/p>\n
