Direct Expansion Solutions<\/a>\u00a0(DXS), a North American HVAC manufacturers\u2019 representative that specializes in variable refrigerant flow (VRF) implementation and design, announced today that it provided\u00a0LifeWorks<\/a>\u00a0with an energy-efficient HVAC system projected to help the non-profit organization cut HVAC energy costs by 30 percent. Daikin, represented by DXS, was selected as the basis-of-design for the project by engineering design firm,\u00a0Bury+Partners<\/a>, because it offered equipment that could heat and cool the facility in an efficient manner with multiple zones.<\/p>\n LifeWorks is a respected non-profit, donation-based organization that helps youth and families make the transition from crisis to safety and success. The facility houses multiple services, two other non-profit organizations, and hosts community functions.
