Strathroy-Caradoc Municipality made a significant investment in sustainable development by introducing carbon-neutral and affordable housing. This initiative reflects a forward-thinking approach toward addressing housing needs while prioritizing environmental sustainability.

DXS worked with the mechanical engineer, Strik Baldinelli Moniz, and the mechanical Contractor, Pro Electric, to select the equipment that would meet the municipality’s needs. As a result, the following Heat Pump equipment was provided.

DXS supplied the following equipment:

• 5 – 10-ton Daikin Heat Pumps
• 40 – Daikin Ducted Indoor Units
• 1 – Daikin Rebel Rooftop System supplied by HTS
• 4 – Nyle Water Source Domestic Water Heat Pump supplied by HTS
