The Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre faced a surge in client demand, prompting the need for new facilities. Recognizing the importance of environmental responsibility and energy efficiency, the board made a strategic decision to partner with DXS.

DXS provided an HVAC solution that outperformed traditional natural gas based heating equipment. This solution not only ensures optimal comfort for patients and staff but also minimizes energy consumption, aligning with the health centre’s commitment to sustainability and excellence in healthcare delivery.

DXS supplied the following equipment:

• – 40-tons Daikin AURORA cold climate VRF: Designed for cold climates, this variable refrigerant flow system delivers efficient heating and cooling
• – 35 Daikin Ducted Fan Coils provide precise temperature control and are centrally controlled via a BACnet system, ensuring seamless operation and energy efficiency
