- Auto changeover control with configurable primary and secondary changeover dead bands and guard timer
- Built-in schedules (5 actions per day) with independent cooling, heating and setback setpoints
- Real-time monitoring of system malfunctions with immediate display of errors and error codes
- Unwanted buttons can be locked out digitally
- Operation modes can be restricted to provide only the desired mode(s) of operation

Toronto Montessori School – Richmond Hill
The Toronto Montessori School’s Phase 4 construction at the 500 Elgin Mills campus involved the addition of several classrooms, expanding the school’s facilities. During the design phase, DXS collaborated with Farrow Partnership Architects and GPY & Associates Engineering Inc to ensure efficient HVAC system integration. As a result, the classrooms’ stringent air quality requirements were met, providing a conducive learning environment for the students.
