Enbridge Station B required a fully electric heating and cooling solution that aligned with the project’s decarbonization objectives while maintaining reliability and design flexibility. Working in close collaboration with WalterFedy, HTS supplied Daikin water-cooled VRV heat recovery condensing units paired with a mix of cassette, ducted, and wall-mounted indoor heads to support the building’s diverse layout and occupancy needs.

The selected VRV system offered a dependable, high-performance option capable of meeting the project’s tight timelines and technical requirements. By eliminating natural gas heating entirely, the fully electric water-cooled VRV design provides a significant reduction in carbon emissions and supports Enbridge’s long-term sustainability commitments.
