Description
Phase 3 of the LG complex features a new 4-storey apartment building with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in Timmins, Ontario.
DXS worked with N. Lacroix Plumbing & Heating (mechanical contractor) to lay out a solution that met the requirement of a ductless cooling system.
intelligent Touch Central Controllers were installed, giving the building operators the ability to monitor and control every apartment from a central location.
DXS supplied the following equipment:
- 2 Daikin Air-Cooled Heat Pump Systems totaling 54 tons of cooling
- 33 Ductless Daikin Indoor Wall-Mounted Units
- Daikin i-Touch Central Controller
