Elmwood Place offers personalized long-term care with bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms and a safe, supportive, and friendly environment that supports mind, body, and spirit. Elmwood Place is a newly opened, modern long-term care home offering personalized care by dedicated, experienced staff in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Originally, this building was designed as a 2-pipe water system, then later switched to a 2-pipe Daikin VRV system allowing temperature control to each individual room and common area. DXS was involved from the design phase to completion and is proud to be a part of another successful project supporting the local community.

DXS supplied the following equipment:

• Daikin VRV System totaling 114 tons
• Daikin Mini & Multi Split Systems
• i-Touch Manager with a BACnet Server Gateway System
