St. Hilda’s Towers is a not-for-profit senior community that provides affordable housing in Toronto’s Eglinton and Dufferin neighborhood. DXS is proud to support the local community by participating in this building revitalization project.

DXS worked alongside ERA Architects Inc., Reinbold Engineering Group, and Gillam Group Inc. throughout this project. The VRV equipment supplied was required to be space-efficient to accommodate the tight retrofit area while providing exceptional heating performance. The building is more energy-efficient while still providing a comfortable environment for all residents and staff.

DXS supplied the following equipment:

• Daikin Air Cooled VRV Heat Pumps totaling 265 tons
• Daikin wall-mounted Indoor Units
• Daikin Heat Recovery System
