St. Matthews Lutheran Church sought a cooling solution for their basement, aiming to create a comfortable environment for congregation members and activities. Recognizing the importance of efficiency and effectiveness, DXS was engaged to find a suitable electric solution.

DXS collaborated closely with mechanical engineer McCallum Sather Engineering and mechanical contractor Velocity Mechanical to select the ideal electric cooling solution for the Church. This fully electric system was seamlessly integrated with the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU), ensuring efficient operation. The following equipment was provided to fulfill the church’s cooling needs.

DXS supplied the following equipment:

• 1 – 10-ton Daikin VRV Heat Pumps
• 3 – Cased Heatcraft DX coils integrated into the VRV
