Mystic Waterworks is a modular residential development that incorporated a fully electric HVAC system to support energy efficiency and low-carbon operation. The mechanical design featured air source heat pumps throughout the building, aligning with modern decarbonization goals.

Ephoca AIO Vertical Stack Heat Pumps were installed to serve the apartment units, offering a compact and effective solution suited to modular construction. Common areas were conditioned using Daikin VRV-S Ductless Heat Pumps, selected for their reliability, efficiency, and quiet performance. Ventilation was provided by a Swegon GOLD ERV with Daikin VRV DX Coil, an efficient combination that delivers fresh air while helping reduce overall energy consumption.
