The Fayette Central School project involved a strategic HVAC upgrade to support energy efficiency and year-round comfort in a remodeled school environment. Daikin equipment was selected due to the strong working relationship with Maine Controls and Mechanical Services, ensuring seamless integration and dependable support.

The building’s single-phase power requirements made Daikin VRV-S the ideal solution. By transitioning to Daikin heat pump technology, the school gained cooling capabilities and now relies on electric heating during most of the year—reserving its fossil fuel system only for extreme cold conditions.
