Symphony Plaza needed an updated HVAC system for its luxury retirement housing. To match the standard of excellence they pride themselves on in servicing their residents, they wanted to incorporate a system that could better cool residential lounge areas. To maximize comfort and control, DXS supplied the building with four 5 ton VRV-S condensing units, mixing wall mounted and cassettes to seamlessly integrate into the existing design of the building. DXS negotiated a quick turnaround for this system, from design to pricing to installation.
