With integration with VRV, Oxygen8’s Nova Series Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) provide comfortable living air temperatures. Its packaged solution provides easy field installation with DX Coil, EE Valves, EEV Controller pre-installed. Best of all the Enthalpy Plate requires low maintenance with no moving parts and no cross-over of viruses. Oxygen8 systems use membrane based energy recovery technology and integrate Daikin’s VRV heating and cooling systems to provide 100% fresh, filtered air to indoor environments at ideal temperature and humidity levels. The low-profile design beautifully integrates into compact spaces and allows for ceiling, wall or floor mounted installation, providing 400-3500 cfm of outside air directly indoors, preventing recirculation of air and cross-contamination of airborne viruses and bacteria.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Hotel Ella
Under new ownership, the historic building known as Mansion at Judges’ Hill recently transformed into Hotel Ella. The building, located near the University of Texas campus in Austin, went through a multi-million dollar renovation into a boutique hotel that is named after the building’s original owner, Ella Wooten. DXS was named basis of design for the project, retrofitting the common areas with 10 tons of Daikin heat recovery. The ductless units that Daikin offers integrated nicely with the existing architecture of the historic building. As a bonus, the increased energy efficiency and use of VRF qualified the owner for Austin Energy rebates.
