The Aloft Trophy Club is a “stick and brick” style construction that required very tight clearances on their HVAC equipment. The hotel wanted a system that was more efficient and more aesthetically pleasing than PTAC units. We utilized Daikin VRV Heat Recovery systems paired with low profile ducted indoor units to provide an energy efficient system that fit within the building construction constraints and met the aesthetic goals of the design team.
