As a U.S. government facility, the Armed Forces Reserve Center in San Marcos, Texas, had to be built to a LEED standard with tight zoning and consumption criteria. DXS was chosen as the basis of design to help meet these project goals by the design team and contractor recommendation. DXS provided the facility with Daikin heat recovery VRV/VRF systems with a mix of ducted and ductless fan coil units to meet the government standards of efficiency and zoning.
