Description
The architect of this new office building for construction professionals wanted a low profile building without compromising ceiling height. Chosen as the basis of design, DXS provided 50 tons of Daikin heat recovery systems and a ducted AHU due to the low clearance requirements of the ducted air handlers. The overall building height was reduced without sacrificing occupant space.
