The Gables – Park Plaza II, located in Austin, TX, opened in 2013 to offer luxury apartments near Lady Bird Lake. The building’s energy efficiency earned LEED Silver Certification, and DXS used the facility to serve as their corporate demo apartment to showcase VRF technology.
