Green Bank recently renovated their branch in Arlington, TX after facing difficulties with outdated equipment and controls that were unable to maintain a set temperature in the space. New Generation Mechanical chose DXS as the basis of design to provide Green Bank with an energy efficient HVAC system with updated controls that included web access for scheduling and troubleshooting.

DXS provided the building with 20 tons of Daikin VRV heat pump systems with six ducted indoor air handling units, and a Daikin i-Touch Manager central controller. This project needed to be completed on a weekend in order to minimize downtime for the building and allow for start-up on Super Bowl Sunday.  DXS worked with New Generation Mechanical to ensure that the equipment was installed and that the team left the project site before kickoff time.
