DXS equipped Merrimack College’s O’Reilly Hall with a new, high-quality HVAC system. The building was in need of a replacement heating system and had no cooling system to start with. DXS teamed up with Cornerstone Architects, Pimentel Construction Co, and Grinnel Mechanical to equip the 5,510 square-foot building with three 12-ton VRV Units and three 14-ton VRV Units, all of which are heat recovery. VRF is the sole source of heating and cooling for this building, maximizing comfort control, energy efficiency, and reliability.
