Wannalancit Mills underwent a significant HVAC modernization with the replacement of 30-year-old self-contained air handling units and gas-fired furnaces. This upgrade enabled the full decarbonization of the building’s HVAC system, transitioning operations to an all-electric solution. The project was successfully executed while maintaining the use of the existing mechanical room space and ductwork, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s structure and functionality.

• Daikin VRV-IV Heat Pump Air Cooled Outdoor Units, installed on custom Novia roof rails
