For the renovation of this two-story airport administration building, the owner was looking for a minimally invasive, easy to maintain, cost-effective, quiet HVAC system that could still cool and heat efficiently. The original chilled water system was re-designed to a Daikin VRV system, which saved the owner approximately $120,000 on the project.
