The San Antonio Housing Authority embarked on a facility modernization and efficiency upgrade project. The organization’s Lewis Chatham apartments were selected for a complete retrofit and DXS was chosen as the basis of design for the project. DXS provided 250 tons of Daikin heat recovery systems for the complex. Each apartment has multiple ductless fan coil units and the entire system is being controlled by a Daikin centralized controller.
