“I had an incredible experience working alongside amazing teams throughout my year-long co-op with HTS and DXS. I worked closely with the DXS department for 8 months where I helped facilitate daily meetings to discuss our strategy on new jobs, submittals being sent to contractors, and much more. Moreover, I did 4-months in the Mechanical department, where I also learned about the process of quoting to winning jobs and the various relationships with the contractors and consultants. I loved the independence of contributing to a job from start to finish, and I also loved the family of co-op students that you inevitably get close to. Overall, I am extremely thankful to HTS, DXS and the teams there that helped me grow and develop my skills to confidently enter the engineering industry after graduation.”
