Redeemer University, located in Ancaster, Ontario, embarked on the construction of a new residence facility to accommodate 170 students. The facility offers a variety of unit configurations, including two-, four-, six-, and eight-student units. Each unit features kitchens and common spaces, providing students with an environment conducive to learning and communal living.

DXS engaged with the mechanical consultant, Collins Engineering, early in the planning stage to design a customized system tailored to the unique requirements of the project. The customized HVAC system, featuring a Daikin Heat Recovery VRV unit and a variety of indoor units, delivers efficient and reliable heating and cooling, enhancing the living experience for students.
