DXS celebrated the kick-off of the renovation of 211 S Ervay in Downtown Dallas this week. The building will contain 500 tons of new Daikin VRV heat recovery and ventilation air units. “…the building — mostly empty since ’95, save for some ground-floor tenants, including a liquor store and the Asia Wok — will have 22,000 square feet of retail space spread across its first two floors. From the looks of the presentation below, that’ll include some eateries (Cafe Mondo!). Everything above that will be office space — 144,000 square feet worth, with, according to the briefing, the third floor “slated to be collaborative office space.”
